Brad Connors Joins Board of First National Bank

February 17, 2010 – First National Bank President/CEO, Bernie Gaytko, is pleased to announce that Brad Connors has been appointed to the Board of Directors of First National Bank.

“Brad Connors, Certified Wealth Strategist with iWealth, had a relationship with First National Bank for 16 years,” said Bernie Gaytko, President/CEO, First National Bank. “We are proud to have Brad as a new member of our Board of Directors. His financial knowledge, intellect, and community involvement will be an excellent addition to our company.”

Mr. Connors began his investment representative career in 1994 with Investment Centers of America and established his practice at First National Bank. Today, his independent office, iWealth, provides investment services for many households in the Waseca area.

Mr. Connors was named one of the top 50 bank advisors in the country in 2007 by Bank Investment Consultant magazine, and was selected as a “Top Ten Young Minnesotans” in 2006. He is also active on many local Boards and service organizations.

Ten Outstanding Young Minnesotans (TOYM) program recognizes young leaders between the ages of 18-40 who have devoted themselves to improving their community. The program acknowledges the efforts and accomplishments of young adults who have contributed to the state through their service, thought and influence, community involvement, or entrepreneurship.

2007 – Bank Investment Consultants ranked bank and credit union advisors by assigning a score between 1 and 11 on the following 6 variables: (1) assets under management; (2) trailing-12 month production; (3) percentage increase in AUM from the previous year; (4) percentage increase in T-12 production; (5) amount of fee business; and (6) the ratio of production-per-AUM.
