Eric Chartier

Eric Chartier, originally from St. Michael, MN, relocated to the Mankato and Waseca area in 2022. He began his career in mortgage lending with Bay Equity LLC in 2021. Subsequently, Eric transitioned to banking, serving as a Member Advisor at Southpoint Financial Credit Union for two years. During this time, he earned his NCUA Financial Counseling License and became a Notary Public in Minnesota. Eric is excited to serve iWealth’s clients.

In his leisure time, Eric enjoys a variety of outdoor activities. He loves golfing and fishing during the summer months, while in winter, he finds joy in hunting and skiing. Eric is an avid sports fan. He loves watching soccer, golf and football.
