As a non-licensed Client Services Assistant, your essential duties and responsibilities will be to assist the Office Manager and the advisors in their daily duties including:
- Implement service consistent with the mission and values of iWealth
- Working directly with clients and prospects to prepare and complete any necessary paperwork for brokerage or insurance related transactions
- Preparation of documents & presentation materials for client review meetings
- Recap and follow up on results of client review meetings performing assigned action items
