Shawn Pomeroy – Vice President / Professional Plan Consultant™
Shawn joined iWealth in 2012 as Vice President with a focus on project management and process improvement. His role in the office is to continue to develop our systems and procedures and ensure completion of client focused projects. Simply put, his job is to make sure that every single item you expect from us is done accurately and in a timely manner.
Prior to joining iWealth, Shawn has worked both in the financial industry as a registered representative and in the manufacturing sector with extensive experience in building client focused teams in Human Resources, Operations, Manufacturing and Quality Assurance. Shawn holds a Series 7 General Securities Representative Registration as well as holding a Series 66 Combined Uniform State Law registration and works with individual clients and retirement plan participants with financial planning and goal based savings plans. Shawn also assists retirement plan sponsors with plan design and ongoing compliance reviews.
Shawn resides in Waseca with his wife Tracy and two sons. In his spare time, Shawn is an active leader in the Boy Scouts of America at Boy Scout Troop 85 and Cub Scout Pack 86.
Kristie Adams — Client Services Assistant
Kristie joined iWealth in 2008 and is one of our Client Service Assistants. Some of Kristie’s duties include: scheduling appointments, general office operations, assisting with client events, computer systems maintenance, maintaining electronic files and records, and providing you with superior client service for any questions you may have.
Kristie resides in Waseca with her husband, Derek, and son, Michael.
Gretchen Dahle – Registered Senior Client Services Assistant
Gretchen joined iWealth in 2013 as a Registered Senior Client Service Assistant. Some of her responsibilities will include meeting with clients to review and sign paperwork, processing check requests and account service requests, answering account related questions and updating client files.
Gretchen has worked in the financial industry in the same capacity for more than 17 years. She holds her Series 7 Securities Registration as well as life, health and annuity licenses. She has a son, two daughters and three grandchildren and she resides in Waterville.
Deb Odegard – Client Services Assistant
Deb joined iWealth in 2017 and is one of our Client Services Assistants. Some of her duties include processing account service requests, assisting with paperwork for clients and prospective clients and updating client files with new and revised information.
She is a graduate of DeVRY University with a BS in Computer Science for Business. Deb resides in Janesville with her longtime partner Mark and their dog Scamp. She has two sons and two granddaughters. She is an avid gardener and loves to cook.
Monica Odenthal – Client Services Assistant
Monica joined iWealth in spring 2012 and is one of our Client Service Assistants. Some of her duties include scheduling appointments, appointment reminder and confirmation calls, directing clients to the appropriate staff member to assist with their concerns or needs, assisting with client events and workshops, mailing correspondence to client events, and iLife Planning Guide updates.
Monica and her husband, Ken reside in Montgomery. Mike and Chris are their two sons.
Michelle Nieuwsma — Registered Client Services Assistant/Marketing Coordinator
Michelle joined iWealth in 2008 as a Virtual Marketing Assistant. Her primary responsibility is coordinating the marketing efforts for iWealth. She is also available to assist the iWealth team with client service issues that arise, as well as responsive and timely processing of any of your requests.
Michelle graduated from the University of Mary in Bismarck, N.D., in May 2004 with a degree in business administration and a minor in finance. She also holds her Series 7 and Series 63 Securities Registrations. Michelle, her husband Michael, and their two sons reside in Manteca, California.
